The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities (SRR) addresses instances of academic dishonesty which take place within the university community, promotes academic integrity through educational initiatives, and administers the university’s academic disciplinary procedures detailed within the Code of Academic Integrity.
The role of SRR in the academic misconduct process is limited to:
Providing information to the individuals involved in the academic misconduct process
Training and advising the hearing panels
Organizing academic integrity proceedings
Maintaining academic misconduct records
SRR does not investigate allegations of academic dishonesty, charge students with academic integrity violations, or propose sanctions.
