Andraelya has extensive experience in several areas of Student Affairs, with more than 8 years of experience in Higher Education. Her passion is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, which she incorporates into her daily work. She has mentored numerous young professionals and maintains a commitment to giving back to the field and the community. Her involvement in professional organizations includes the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators and the American College Personnel Association, where she currently serves as state chapter president. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Mercer University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from Clark Atlanta University. Fun Fact: Andraelya hopes to fish in a Semi-Pro Bass Tournament one day.
